Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 hrs for your convenience and maximum efficiency.
Your product should arrive within 5-7 Business Days.
Shipping on international orders does not include applicable fees, tax and duty charges that are based on your own country's policy. There will most likely be a charge by the carrier/country for customs/tax charges (this occurs with any international order).

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. There is a region based charge for shipping outside of the U.S.

We know you're going to love our stuff - who doesn't want amazing looking hair! - but sometimes things don't work out. We get it. We strongly suggest reading the complete Q&A before making a purchase. Our #1 Goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Shipping will not be refunded.

**Return Policy Does Not Apply To Products Purchased with a Discount Code.

IMPORTANT: To secure refund or replacement of any product, you must first contact for return instructions. Please include your name, item, order number and shipping address. We will respond within 24 hours.

Return Authorization must be obtained prior to any returns or refunds.


Refunds, when approved, will be reflected on the original payment method account within 3-5 days.


Oh no! Need to cancel? You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Sorry, our bad. We always strive for perfection, but we are human after all. Please inform us of any shipping error within 10 days of the delivery date to and we'll make sure to get the issue squared away asap.

If an incorrect address is provided and we receive the order back, we will provide one complimentary reship.


Our Auto-ship subscription is a program that you receive automatically the products that you select within a a time frame that you have set.

The final cost of each auto-ship order will be the cost of the item on the day you subscribe for your first order. That price will remain until your subscription is active.

The credit card you use to sign up for the auto-ship will continue to be automatically charged on the time frame that you select for each product to be shipped unless you on you cancel your subscription. If that card is no longer working (e.g., if it has expired) we will bill any other card that you have saved in your account.


You can change your shipping addresses and/or preferred payment method at any time by logging into your account and clicking on (Subscriptions)

Please note that changes or cancellation will apply on a going-forward basis. Any charges that have been made to your credit card at the time of cancellation are non-refundable.

Your first order of each auto-ship product you choose will be charged and processed as soon as you subscribe. All the information you used initially in your account will be saved and used in all future orders.

For auto-ship orders on subscription, you will receive e-mail reminders that the order will be shipped in the next 48 hours. You will get a chance to review and make changes to your auto-ship subscription at any time, but changes need happen within 48 hours before your next shipment date to not get billed or charged for your next order. Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive an email with the a shipping confirmation and details.

If your order is not able to be processed, we will send you an e-mail asking you to resolve the problem. No additional orders will be shipped until the problem has been taken care of.
