INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
International shipping does not include applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are based on your country’s regulations and will likely be billed by the carrier or customs office. Please note:
-No free shipping for international orders
-No returns or refunds for international orders

By doing so, you agree not to hold Menfirst responsible for any issues or damages that may arise during shipment or customs clearance.
Please note that the international shipping fee of $39 USD is a flat rate set based on the pricing provided by our shipping carrier. This cost is not determined by Menfirst but reflects the current rates required to ensure reliable delivery across borders. It covers standard handling, transportation, and processing costs. Customs duties, taxes, or other local charges are not included and may be applied separately by your country's customs authority. RETURNS POLICY
We’re confident you’ll love our products, but if something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered.
-Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt
-Shipping costs are non-refundable
-No returns or refunds for international orders
-Refunds do not apply to discounted items

Important: Return authorization must be obtained before sending anything back. To secure refund or replacement of any product, you must first contact info@menfirstusa.com for return instructions. Please include your name, item, order number and shipping address. We will respond within during business days 9 AM to 5 PM EST time .
REFUND POLICY
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
No refunds for international orders.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Oh no! Need to cancel?
Orders may be canceled via email before they are shipped. If your order has shipped, you’ll need to return it at your own expense.
SHIPPING ERRORS, DAMAGE, OR INCORRECT ADDRESS
We aim for perfection, but if there’s an error:
-Report it within 10 days of delivery to info@menfirst.com
-If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll reship it once at no charge
MENFIRST AUTO-SHIP SUBSCRIPTION
Our Auto-Ship Subscription ensures you receive your favorite products on a schedule you choose. Here's how it works:
-You are charged the product price at the time of your initial subscription
-Your chosen card will be charged automatically based on the selected interval
-If the card fails, we'll use any other card saved in your account
You can change your address or payment method anytime through your account under "Subscriptions".
Cancellations/Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Charges already processed are non-refundable.
CANCELING OR MODIFYING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can update your shipping address or payment method at any time by logging into your Menfirst account and clicking on the “Subscriptions” section.
Please note:
-Any changes or cancellations will apply to future orders only.
-Charges already processed before cancellation are non-refundable.
Your first auto-ship order is charged and processed immediately after you subscribe. All account information you provide at signup is saved and used for future shipments.
For every upcoming auto-ship order, you'll receive an email reminder 48 hours before shipping. You’ll have the opportunity to make changes, but these must be done at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment to avoid being billed.
If we are unable to process your order (e.g., due to payment issues), we’ll notify you by email. No further shipments will be sent until the issue is resolved.
